Uche ChinekeStart a project

I design brands andproducts that holdup after launch.

Senior product designer at AB InBev, based in Lagos, with more than five years across enterprise platforms and consumer apps. I take a product from positioning to a design system to screens a developer can build without guessing.

Building something?

Most of the work below started as a founder with an idea and no system to build it on. If that is where you are, the first conversation is free and ends with a written scope, not a proposal deck.

How a product moves through my hands

Design in 2026 is less about drawing screens and more about deciding what the screens must prove.

  1. Step 1

    Position

Who it is for, what it promises, and what it refuses to be. Settled before any colour is picked.

  2. Step 2

    System

Colour, type, spacing and voice as rules with reasons, checked for contrast and written down.

  3. Step 3

    Flows and states

The whole loop, end to end, with the empty, error and rejected states drawn.

  4. Step 4

    Handoff

A component reference with every variant labelled, so engineers build from a spec.

  5. Step 5

    Live

I review the build against the system, then keep refining once real people use it.
